The communal pool (20 × 15 ft) includes deckchairs and a dedicated children’s area, making it ideal for families. Please note that there is no indoor swimming pool. A charging station is available on site at an additional cost. A security deposit is required upon arrival: €500 for studios and apartments, and €1,000 for other accommodations types. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded, including children and infants. If additional guests are declared, a paid upgrade may be offered subject to availability; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled without refund. Pets are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund. Strollers are available upon request and subject to availability.
